About the Founder

Ayesha Hakim Rahman is a Deputy Director in local government. She has combined her extensive experience in transformation, with a proven track record in social media and television presenting to bring a unique perspective and skillset to this important cause.

Driven by her personal experiences, Ayesha recognised the critical need to address the lack of miniority representation in leadership positions and the complex factors contributing to it. This realisation fuelled her passion to create a platform and movement that empowers and amplifies the voices of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic individuals navigating their journeys towards and within leadership roles.
